Are They Rechargable?
Yes! Our insoles are designed to charge on the go using kinetic energy from your steps. They automatically top up their power as you walk, so you rarely need to think about charging at all. With regular use, a full charge typically lasts several hours of active heating or cooling before your movement restores it again.
Do They Fit In Any Shoe?
Absolutely. Our insoles are designed to fit most shoes, from sneakers and boots to work shoes and ski boots. They can be trimmed to fit your shoe size perfectly.
How Do I Control The Temperature?
Use the TempStep mobile app or the insole’s built-in control button to choose your preferred heating or cooling level. The BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) module lets you adjust temperature, view battery levels, and track energy generation.
Can I Wash My Insoles?
You can gently wipe them with a damp cloth. Avoid submerging them in water or putting them in a washing machine, as this may damage the internal components.
